Job summary

Toolstation in West Drayton is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead the team and manage early starts and late finishes in a 35-hour week. You will be the face of Toolstation, delivering great service, checking deliveries, stocking shelves, and supporting the Store Manager to drive sales and maintain high branch standards.

This role offers development opportunities within the Travis Perkins Group, with access to training and the Toolstation Academy programmes to help you grow into leadership roles.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in their absence, motivate and coach the team to grow sales and achieve targets.
• Check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch.
• Deliver great service and coach the team to do the same.
• Build relationships with customers and ensure they leave with everything they need for the job.
• Maintain product availability and high branch standards; keep the branch a place people enjoy.
