Job summary

Farmfoods are recruiting a Retail Supervisor for our Wolverhampton shop. This permanent, full-time role offers 39 hours across 5 days from 7, with a guaranteed 39 hours and a pay rate of £13.61 per hour.

You'll be part of the management team, support the manager, handle opening/closing, cash, orders, and supervise retail staff. We provide 6 weeks holiday, 15% staff discount and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Be a people person with strong interpersonal skills.
• Show leadership in a small team and support the manager.
• Reliable, trustworthy and capable of building relationships with staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Support the shop manager to run an efficient shop and deliver great service.
• Open/close the shop, handle cash, place orders and develop staff.
• Control costs including shrinkage, waste and payroll.
