Job summary

Farmfoods Ltd. is looking for a Retail Supervisor in Wolverhampton, West Midlands. This permanent full-time role offers 39 hours per week across 5 days, with shifts across a 7-day operation, and flexibility including weekends.

Starting pay is £13.61 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 39 hours per week and potential overtime. In addition to pay, benefits include 6 weeks holiday, 15% staff discount, life assurance, pension, and access to our staff benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience as supervisor or manager in retail preferred
• DBS/Disclosure check required if hired
• Flexible and able to work weekends
• Trustworthy and reliable in a small team

Responsibilities

• Be part of the management team and support the manager to run an efficient shop and provide great service
• Take full responsibility for running the shop in the manager's absence, ensure customers are looked after and shop routines are completed
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders and develop the team of retail assistants
• Manage operational costs including shrinkage, waste and payroll
