Qualifications

• Experience in retail supervision or team leadership is preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends and on weekdays.
• Be trustworthy, reliable and good with customers.
• Must be able to pass Basic DBS/Disclosure checks.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the management team and support the manager to run the shop.
• Take full responsibility in the manager's absence.
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders.
• Develop and lead the team of retail assistants and manage costs.
