Toolstation in Ashington is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a busy branch. You will support the Store Manager, supervise frontline colleagues, handle deliveries, stock shelves and help customers with a smile.

The role requires flexibility across early starts and late finishes, a hands-on approach, and a passion for great service. We offer development opportunities, training and a supportive environment within Travis Perkins Group.

• Supporting: stand in for Store Manager, motivate and coach the team to grow sales and hit targets.
• Mucking in: check deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch and assemble orders.
• Delivering great service: provide a friendly customer experience even when busy.
• Building relationships: ensure customers have everything they need for the job.
• Creating a fun working environment while maintaining product availability and standards.
