Job summary

Toolstation Ltd in South Shields is seeking a Retail Supervisor for a 40-hour week. You will lead the team, engage customers and support the Store Manager with stock, deliveries and daily operations to ensure a superb shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Store Manager in their absence and coaching the team to grow sales and achieve targets.
• Checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch and putting orders together.
• Delivering a great customer experience with a smile, even when busy.
• Building relationships and ensuring customers leave with everything they need for the job.
• Maintaining high branch standards and product availability.
