Job summary

Toolstation in Lymington is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a busy branch, covering early starts and late finishes while delivering a great customer experience.

You will support the Store Manager, check deliveries, stock shelves and assist the team to grow sales. The role offers training and development through the Toolstation Academy and related benefits as part of the Travis Perkins Group.

• Support the Store Manager in their absence, motivate and coach the team to grow sales.
• Check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch and assemble orders.
• Provide a great customer experience with a smile, even when busy and coach others to do the same.
• Ask questions and build relationships so customers leave with everything they need.
• Create a fun working environment while maintaining high branch standards and product availability.
