Job summary

Charles Tyrwhitt in Oxford is seeking a dedicated Store Supervisor to motivate the sales team, deliver outstanding customer service and ensure smooth day-to-day running of the store.

This is a 40-hour contract with full flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends and bank holidays. You will coach staff, manage stock and operations, and contribute to a welcoming, high-performance store culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail position at Supervisor or Key Holder level is essential.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service is essential.
• Experience in managing stock, operations and visual merchandising is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to consistently prioritise customer service while achieving excellent sales results.
• Experience with coaching and training individual KPI performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and deliver first-class customer service.
• Coach and develop colleagues to maximise performance and KPI achievement.
• Oversee stock, store operations and visual merchandising to maintain standards.
• Support day-to-day store administration and ensure compliance with policy and safety guidelines.
