Job summary

Charles Tyrwhitt in Reading is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead and motivate the store team, drive targets and deliver exceptional service. You will coach colleagues, manage stock and store operations, and promote a positive, customer-focused culture.

You will develop staff, ensure compliance with health and safety, and support training initiatives through the Tyrwhitt Academy and staff development programs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail position at Supervisor or Key Holder level is essential for this role.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service is essential.
• Experience in managing stock, operations and visual merchandising is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to consistently prioritise customer service while achieving excellent sales results.
• Experience with coaching and training individual KPI performance.

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and KPI’s.
• Deliver first‑class customer service and foster a winning service culture.
• Train staff using CT product and selling skills and staff training tools.
• Assist with operational, compliance and admin tasks to run the store smoothly.
• Adhere to Health and Safety, policy procedures and security processes.
