Job summary

Nisbets is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a team of Retail Sales Advisors and support daily store operations. You will drive sales targets, coach staff, and ensure excellent customer service in a busy retail environment.

The role is 40 hours per week, Mon-Sat with some flexibility, offering a £29,428 annual salary and benefits. You will also manage stock, merchandising, and store compliance to maximise profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience of motivating a team to achieve targets.
• Strong customer service focus and presentation standards.
• Understanding of KPIs and how they drive store results.

Responsibilities

• Open/Close store in the manager's absence.
• Plan floor layout and deploy staff to maximise sales.
• Demonstrate excellent end-to-end customer service and motivate the team.
• Lead daily team briefs and communicate KPIs to drive results.
• Contribute to store sales targets including revenue, margin, conversion, and footfall.
• Lead store outreach activities and engage with local opportunities.
• Undertake stock replenishment, housekeeping, and deliveries.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and compliance.
• Complete stock audits and reconcile end-of-day cash.
