Responsibilities

• Assist and guide the team to perform at their best.
• Deliver excellent service and keep the store running smoothly.
• Lead on the shop floor and step in for the Store Manager when needed.
• Perform opening/closing duties as a key holder.
• Carry out cashing up duties accurately and efficiently.
• Lead in the absence of Store/Assistant Store Manager.
• Keep the store safe, compliant and well-organised.
• Motivate and energise the team to achieve targets.
