Cotswold Outdoor Ltd. is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced store. You’ll guide colleagues, deliver excellent service, and ensure the store runs smoothly, stepping in for the Store Manager when needed.

You’ll be responsible for on-the-floor leadership, boot fitting and gait analysis, and mentoring new staff. The role includes opening/closing duties and cash handling in a high-energy environment.

Qualificações

• Experience as a retail supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
• Confident handling responsibility and solving problems.
• Leads by example and builds strong team connections.
• Stays focused under pressure and multi-tasks well.
• Hands-on in a busy customer-focused environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support and guide a team to do their best work.
• Deliver great service while keeping the store running smoothly.
• Lead by example on the shop floor with expert services such as boot fitting and gait analysis.
• Mentor new colleagues and onboard them confidently.
• Manage store opening/closing as a key holder.
• Carry out cashing up duties accurately and efficiently.
• Lead in the absence of Store/Assistant Store Manager.
• Keep the store safe, compliant and running efficiently.
• Bring energy, organisation and motivation to your team.
