Job summary

Boundary Outlet is seeking a Retail Supervisor in the United Kingdom to lead and inspire the team on the shop floor. The role covers daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining store standards.

Hours: 21 hours per week across 3/4 days. You will open/close, coach staff, manage merchandising, and support KPI targets in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview:

As a Retail Supervisor, you’ll support the management team in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth team performance. You’ll lead by example, motivate the team, and ensure that store standards are consistently high.

Key Responsibilities:
