Retail Supervisor - Full Time, 39 hours

We are seeking a dedicated retail supervisor for our shop in Parkhead, Glasgow City. This permanent full-time role offers 39 hours per week across a variety of shifts, typically 5 days from 7 each week.

Note: Full-time availability including weekends is generally required.

Pay & Benefits:

Hourly pay rate of £13.11, guaranteed minimum of 39 hours weekly, earning at least £511 per week. Overtime opportunities may be available for additional earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the management team in leading the shop to deliver excellent customer service and operational efficiency
• Manage the shop in the manager’s absence, ensuring customer care, quick delivery processing, and routine shop maintenance
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders, and develop the retail team
• Control operational costs such as shrinkage, waste, and payroll
