Superdrug is seeking a Supervisor to lead a small team at our Guisborough store. The role is 16 hours per week with shifts including Sundays and some evenings; you will support the management team and help drive customer service and sales.

You will be responsible for coaching colleagues, keeping tills accurate, merchandising, and ensuring the store meets targets. A hands-on leader with retail experience will thrive in this flexible, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others develop their skills; piercing services available with training.

Responsabilités

• Motivate the team and maintain high energy in a fast-paced store.
• Support management with day-to-day running, driving sales and customer service.
• Keep shelves stocked, maintain store appearance, reduce shrinkage and till errors.
• Help the team hit targets and ensure smooth store operation.
