Job summary

UGG Supervisor position at UGG, a Deckers Brands division, focuses on delivering personalised shopping experiences and exceptional service to customers both in-store and via phone. You will support management, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure accurate cash handling and daily inventory checks.

In the absence of senior staff you open/close the store, uphold safety and legal trading, and lead by example to motivate the team while promoting the UGG brand in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to create a positive environment for customers and staff.
• Operate all management functions on the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked per Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Open and close the store with responsibility for safe and legal trading and high service.
• Lead store walks with senior management in the absence of Store Manager.
• Provide exceptional service to in-store and phone customers.
