Job summary

UGG Supervisor role at Covent Garden requires leading the store team to deliver personalised shopping experiences that build brand loyalty. You will ensure outstanding service from greeting to transaction, while modelling a cheerful attitude and promoting the UGG brand image in every interaction.

You will also handle cash, check inventory, and maintain Visual Merchandising standards, stepping in for senior staff when needed to keep the store trading safely and legally while delivering excellent

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Able to lead in absence of Store Manager.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the team to create personalised shopping experiences and drive brand loyalty.
• Answer customer questions accurately and respond before they leave.
• Open and close the store; ensure legal trading and high customer service.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and stock products per Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Promote the store and Deckers Brands in all interactions.
