Job summary

Pandora seeks a Store Supervisor in Birmingham to lead the busy sales floor, coach a high-performing team and deliver memorable customer experiences. You’ll own daily store operations, run team briefings, manage KPIs and ensure outstanding service while upholding brand values.

You’ll act as a key holder, handle till operations, assist with recruitment, and support management with administrative tasks. A 32-hour, permanent role with competitive pay (£14.80/hour) and a generous benefits package
