Job summary

Specsavers in Wimbledon is seeking a Supervisory lead to run the store and coach the team. The role centers on customer-first service, daily operations, and leading by example in a busy optical environment.

You will help grow skills within the team, deliver quality eye care and hearcare to the community, and contribute to store performance while progressing your leadership career.

• Previous optical experience is essential.
• A confident and effective communicator who can build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a busy environment.
