Job summary

Superdrug Stores plc in Spalding, Lincolnshire, is seeking a dedicated supervisor to help lead a small team for 16 hours per week, with the opportunity to take on additional hours and shifts.

You will support the management team with day-to-day store operations, drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, keep shelves stocked, and help reduce shrinkage. Piercing services are part of the role with training provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service.
• The ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Support management with day-to-day store running and operations.
• Drive sales and deliver the kind of customer service that keeps customers returning.
• Keep shelves stocked and the store looking optimal; help reduce shrinkage and till errors.
