Superdrug in Billericay is looking for a part-time Supervisor to lead a small team at 86 High Street. You will help the store hit targets, coach colleagues, and ensure customers leave the store feeling great.

This 16-hour per week role offers flexible shifts and on-the-job training, with the opportunity to take on more hours and contribute to a busy high street operation.

Formación

• Previous supervisory experience in retail.
• Understanding of key retail KPIs (sales, service, profit).
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Willingness to provide piercing services (training provided).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve targets.
• Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain shelf stock and store appearance.
• Help reduce shrinkage and till errors.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer preferred


• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service


• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills


• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
