Role Overview

We are recruiting a Retail Supervisor to support the delivery of the retail offer across Norfolk Museums. The successful candidate will have at least two years of retail experience, strong administrative skills, stock management experience, and excellent customer service skills. You will work from the refurbished retail space at Norwich Castle Museum and Art Gallery, with varied working days including weekends, bank holidays, and occasional evenings, during term-time and school holidays.

Responsibilities

1. Support retail operations and customer service at Norfolk Museums.
2. Manage stock and visual merchandising.
3. Assist in administrative tasks related to retail management.
