As a retail supervisor, you’ll serve customers, support the Store Manager, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse, and stock shelves. It can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. But if you take pride in your work and your team’s work, our customers will notice and love us all the more for it.

Day-to-day

• Supporting: Standing in for the Store Manager when needed, motivating and engaging the team, coaching sales and achieving targets.
• Mucking in: Checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch, and preparing orders.
• Delivering great service: Providing excellent customer experiences with a smile, and coaching the team to do the same.
• Building relationships: Ensuring customers leave satisfied with everything they need for their jobs.
• Creating a fun working environment: Maintaining product availability and branch standards, making the branch a great place to work.
