Job summary

Zachary Daniels Recruitment is seeking a Fashion Supervisor for a fast-moving retail store in Bicester. You will lead a team on the shop floor, drive sales, and uphold high standards of customer service.

You’ll report to the Store Manager, manage KPIs such as turnover, wastage, and compliance, and ensure presentation and Health & Safety policies are followed.

Your Role:
