Job summary

Superdrug is seeking a Retail Supervisor for the Leamington Spa area. The role involves leading a team, driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service in a busy high street store. 16 hours per week with potential for more hours, 13.65 hourly rate, and a permanent position.

The store location is in Warwickshire CV32 4BT. The successful candidate will motivate staff, manage day-to-day store operations, and contribute to sales targets while providing excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided, not essential).

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
