About the role
As a Retail Supervisor, you’ll be a key player in our retail operation, working closely with the Retail Store Managers and wider Retail Management Team. Your will maximise shop sales, motivate a team of Retail Assistants and Floor Leads, and ensure that every customer who walks through our doors enjoys a world-class customer experience. With record visitor numbers, this is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where adaptability, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential.

About you
You're a leader with a strong background in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in fast-paced, target-driven retail environment and you thrive on motivating and coaching your team to perform at their best to achieve ambitious targets.
With a good understanding of visual merchandising and effective stock management, you know how to create a visually appealing and inviting store environment that maximises sales. You lead by example, bringing a proactive, hands-on approach and a positive attitude that fosters a high-performance, target-focused culture.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, you excel at managing your time, prioritising tasks, and delegating effectively to keep things running smoothly. You're a true team player who takes pride in achieving results and helping others succeed.
