Job summary

Superdrug Inverness is seeking a Supervisory/Team Leader to motivate a fast-paced store team and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will support management in daily operations, stock control, and loss prevention, with opportunities to grow your leadership skills in a friendly high-street environment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail KPIs; including sales, profit and service.
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to deliver great customer service and achieve targets.
• Drive sales and ensure accurate till transactions and reporting.
• Maintain store standards, stock levels, and visual merchandising to reduce shrinkage.
• Support day-to-day operations and help with training and coaching of colleagues.
