Superdrug is seeking a Retail Supervisor to help lead a fast-paced store in Billericay. You will support the management team, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service while managing stock and shrinkage.

This part-time role offers 16 hours per week, with flexibility to take additional hours and a pay rate of £13.50 per hour.

Competenze

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer preferred.
• Understanding of retail KPIs; including sales, profit and service.
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
