Job summary

Superdrug is looking for a Supervisor to lead a small team at Trinity Parade, High Street, Hounslow. The 30-hour-per-week role offers flexible shifts (Mon-Fri, 3pm–9pm) with the opportunity to take extra hours and a pay rate of £13.65 per hour.

You’ll bring supervisory or team‑leader experience in a fast‑paced retail setting, and you’ll help colleagues develop their skills while focusing on sales, service and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service.
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
