Responsibilities

WHAT’S IT LIKE TO BE A RETAIL SUPERVISOR?

• Host – be the team leader, hosting in store, setting an example of excellence. Understand customer needs, guide them to the right products, and make their shopping experience easy and enjoyable.
• Store standards – ensure smooth operations including cash reconciliations, handling customer queries, audit compliance, and stock management.
• Part of the team – join a prideful team, working together and having fun!

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor or duty manager managing a small team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to translate into sales
• Inquisitive, questioning, and committed to continuous improvement
