What you'll do

Retail Supervisor in High Wycombe

35 hours per week

You'll be the face of Toolstation, making a fantastic first impression, building long-lasting relationships, and going above and beyond to make our customers happy. This isn’t your average retail role. It’s much more than just a store job. As a retail supervisor, you’ll serve customers, support the Store Manager, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse, and stock shelves. It can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter, but if you take pride in your work and your team’s efforts, our customers will notice and appreciate us more.

Day-to-day

• Supporting: Standing in for the Store Manager, motivating and engaging the team, coaching to grow sales and achieve targets.
• Mucking in: Checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning, and assembling orders.
• Delivering great service: Providing excellent customer experiences with a smile, coaching the team to do the same.
• Building relationships: Ensuring customers leave satisfied with everything they need for their jobs.
• Creating a fun working environment: Maintaining product availability and high standards while fostering a positive atmosphere.
