Job summary

Superdrug in Llandudno, Wales is seeking a Supervisor to lead our store team and motivate colleagues while driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service during evening and weekend shifts.

You will support daily store operations, maintain stock and presentations, and work with the management team to hit targets. The role offers opportunities for development and a friendly, busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service.
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and keep energy high in a fast-paced store environment.
• Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist with stock, store presentation, shrinkage control and till accuracy.

Hours: 16 hours a week with the opportunity to work more hours

Shifts: Flexible evening and weekend

Salary: £13.50 per hour
