Job summary

Superdrug Stores Plc in the United Kingdom (Wales, Conwy) is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor to lead frontline colleagues at the Conwy store. The role offers 16 hours per week with flexible evening and weekend shifts, at £13.50 per hour. This position focuses on customer service, teamwork and store performance.

You will support management, help drive sales, maintain store standards and ensure a great customer experience, while developing team members and contributing to store targets.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail KPIs; including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Support management in day-to-day store operations and drive sales.
• Keep shelves stocked, reduce shrinkage and minimise till errors.
• Lead by example to hit targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
