Aramark is seeking a proactive Retail Supervisor for the Brookwood Families Shop to lead daily operations, guide a small team, manage stock, and uphold high service standards in a busy retail environment.

This full-time role offers 35 hours per week across 5 days, on-site parking, comprehensive training, barista duties, a pension scheme, life assurance, and a supportive, inclusive workplace with clear progression opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Previous retail experience or experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Full training will be provided.

Aufgaben

• Supervising the day-to-day operation of the retail unit.
• Maintaining stock rotation processes and ensuring stock levels are effectively managed.
• Placing orders and monitoring deliveries to ensure product availability.
• Supporting and guiding team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Carrying out barista duties and preparing hot beverages to a high standard.
• Ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed at all times.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the store.
• Monitoring product displays and ensuring the shop is presented to an excellent standard.
• Supporting stock counts and inventory management.
• Ensuring food safety, health & safety, and operational standards are maintained.

We are currently recruiting for a proactive and customer-focused Retail Supervisor to join our team at the Brookwood Families Shop. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with retail experience who enjoys leading a team, maintaining high standards, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy retail environment.
