You'll be the face of Toolstation, making a fantastic first impression, building long-lasting relationships and going above and beyond to make our customers happy. Of course, as a retail supervisor, you’ll serve customers, support the Store Manager, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse, and stock shelves. It can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. But if you take pride in your work and the team’s efforts, our customers will notice and appreciate us more.

Day-to-day

• Supporting: Standing in for the Store Manager when needed, motivating and engaging the team, coaching to grow sales and achieve targets.
• Mucking in: Checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch, and preparing orders.
• Delivering great service: Providing excellent customer experiences with a smile, coaching the team to do the same.
• Building relationships: Making sure customers leave with everything they need for their project.
• Creating a positive environment: Maintaining product availability and branch standards, ensuring the branch is a great place to work.
