Pay & Hours:

£12.71 per hour for 30 hours a week, Monday to Sunday. Flexible hours available.

Job Role:

As a Supervisor, you will work with our team preparing food and providing excellent customer service, with opportunities for progression. Responsibilities include assisting the Shop Manager, supervising staff, increasing sales, controlling costs, and building customer loyalty.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Manage deliveries and stock.
• Maintain product knowledge and food safety standards.
• Prepare food according to specifications.
• Control quality and hygiene standards.
• Work efficiently in a team.
• Handle cash and operate tills.
• Open/close shop as needed.
• Run shifts and manage sales and wastage.
• Previous supervisory experience in retail or customer service is required; food production experience is advantageous but not essential.
