Job summary

Mamas & Papas in Luton is hiring a Store Supervisor to lead a small Sales Consultant team. The role covers 12 hours per week, with weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday) to drive excellent customer experience and store results.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to coach teammates, maintain standards, and deliver the warm, helpful service our customers expect. We value retail leadership, a hands-on approach, and a passion for family-friendly experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of Sales Consultants and collaborate with the Store Manager to drive store results and customer experience.
• Oversee weekend coverage and ensure excellent service during Saturday/Sunday shifts.

The ROLE OF STORE SUPERVISOR

Here at Mamas & Papas we are expanding our own family by looking for an amazing SUPERVISOR to be based at our beautiful Mamas & Papas Luton store, leading a small team of Sales Consultants, working closley with the Mamas & Papas store Manager or Management teams to achieve store results & incredible customer experience.

This Store Supervisor opportunity covering 12 hours per week, including either Saturdays, Sundays, or both.
