Job summary

Mamas & Papas Charlton is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a small team of Sales Consultants, working closely with the Store Manager to deliver outstanding customer experiences. This 20 hours per week role covers Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, based at the Charlton store in Greenwich, London.

Ideal candidates will come from a retail supervisor or senior sales assistant background and enjoy motivating others to create memorable moments for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail supervision or as a senior sales assistant.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of Sales Consultants and work closely with the Store Manager to achieve store results and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure a smooth running of store operations.
• Champion a warm, inclusive customer service approach and drive the in-store experience at Charlton.

The ROLE OF STORE SUPERVISOR

Our SUPERVISORS are our ambassadors of these magical moments, & the heart of our award winning business. Here at Mamas & Papas we are expanding our own family by looking for an amazing SUPERVISOR to be based at our beautiful Mamas & Papas Charlton store, leading a small team of Sales Consultants, working closley with the Mamas & Papas store Manager or Management teams to achieve store results & incredible customer experience.

This Store Supervisor opportunity covering 20 hours per week, across Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday
