Job summary

Mamas & Papas Charlton is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a small team of Sales Consultants and partner with the Store Manager to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a busy retail setting.

This role covers 20 hours per week across Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. The ideal candidate will bring retail supervisory or senior sales experience and a passion for making shopping moments memorable for families.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail supervision or senior sales roles.
• Able to lead by example and support a small team.
• Passion for delivering magical customer moments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of Sales Consultants and work closely with the Store Manager to achieve store results.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and product knowledge to shoppers.
• Cover 20 hours per week across Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.

The ROLE OF STORE SUPERVISOR

Our SUPERVISORS are our ambassadors of these magical moments, & the heart of our award winning business. Here at Mamas & Papas we are expanding our own family by looking for an amazing SUPERVISOR to be based at our beautiful Mamas & Papas Charlton store, leading a small team of Sales Consultants, working closley with the Mamas & Papas store Manager or Management teams to achieve store results & incredible customer experience.

This Store Supervisor opportunity covering 20 hours per week, across Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday
