Job summary

Mamas & Papas Cardiff is hiring a Sales Consultant / Sales Assistant for 10 hours a week across two days (Friday 4:30-8:30 and Sunday 11:00-15:00). You will welcome customers, share product knowledge and help families choose prams, cots and nursery items.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Friendly approachable and able to deliver great customer service.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and share it with customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and questions.
• Provide excellent service at checkout and during in-store consultations.
• Support events and in-store activities to create memorable shopping experiences.

This Sales Consultant / Sales Assistant vacancy covering 10 hours a week , across 2 days, shifts being

• Friday 4.30-8.30
• Sunday 11-3
