Job summary

Mamas & Papas Belfast is seeking a Sales Assistant/Consultant to join our friendly store team. The role is part-time, covering 12 hours across 3 days (Thu 5-9, Sat 12-4, Sun 1-5).

You’ll help customers with product knowledge, participate in in-store events and provide a warm, memorable shopping experience for families. Ideal candidates have customer-facing retail experience, enjoy chatting with customers, and are enthusiastic about baby products.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage customers and provide product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchases and product knowledge.
• Provide car seat consultations and guidance.
• Support in-store personal shopping experiences and events for parents-to-be.
• Create a welcoming, friendly store environment for customers.

Here at Mamas & Papas we are expanding our own family through continued growth by looking for some amazing SALES ASSISTANT (S), to be based at our beautiful Mamas & Papas Belfast store

This Sales Consultant / Sales Assistant vacancy covering 12 hours per week, across 3 days those shifts being:

• Thursday 5-9
• Saturday 12-4
• Sunday 1-5
