Job summary

Mamas & Papas Milton Keynes store is seeking an enthusiastic Store Supervisor to lead a small team of Sales Consultants and partner with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experience and strong store results.

The role is 16 hours per week across two days (Friday 10:00–20:15 and Sunday 10:00–16:45). We offer a comprehensive benefits package including 33 days holiday, staff discounts, pension and bonus schemes.

Qualifications

• Previous retail supervisory or senior sales experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of Sales Consultants and coach performance.

• Coordinate with Store Manager on shift coverage.

The ROLE OF STORE SUPERVISOR

Our SUPERVISORS are our ambassadors of these magical moments, & the heart of our award winning business. Here at Mamas & Papas we are expanding our own family by looking for an amazing SUPERVISOR to be based at our beautiful Mamas & Papas Milton Keynes store, leading a small team of Sales Consultants, working closley with the Mamas & Papas store Manager or Management teams to achieve store results & incredible customer experience.

This Store Supervisor opportunity covering 16 hours per week, across 2 days, shifts being

• Friday 10-8.15
• Sunday 10-4.45
