Job summary

Mamas & Papas Warrington is seeking a friendly Sales Consultant to join our store team on a 12-hour week rota. You will greet customers, understand their needs and help them choose prams, car seats, cots and nursery items.

You’ll also support store presentation and stock management while delivering the brand’s trusted customer experience. Ideal candidates come from retail or customer service backgrounds and enjoy making customers feel valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide friendly, product-informed guidance.
• Maintain store presentation, stock levels and merchandising for a welcoming environment.

This Sales Consultant / Sales Assistant vacancy covering 12 hours per week , shifts being

• Tuesday 4-8
• Saturday 2-6
• Sunday 12-4
