Finisterre is recruiting a Retail Supervisor for our King’s Cross store. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role based in London, with a competitive salary and a strong emphasis on customer experience and community engagement.

You’ll support the management team, drive sales and store standards, and deliver training to the team while upholding Finisterre’s values and commitment to the sea and the planet.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a customer-focused team.
• Proven track record meeting targets and KPIs.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train store team, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Manage visual merchandising, operations, stock control and replenishment.
• Drive store performance to meet daily targets and KPIs.
• Support store events and community initiatives to strengthen relationships.
• Open/close the store and ensure security of assets and cash.
