• Coach and develop Team Members through routines and training.
• Uphold safety, security and loss prevention standards.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and cash handling oversight.
• Resolve customer issues to ensure a Legendary Customer Experience.
• Support hiring, onboarding and policy compliance.
• Coordinate merchandising, inventory, and community events as needed.
