The Range in Leyland is seeking a Store Manager to lead by example, maximise sales and deliver outstanding service. You will be responsible for driving performance, coaching teams and ensuring exceptional customer care in a busy retail environment.

As Store Manager you will set high standards, train staff to the highest level, meet targets and sustain profitability as part of our expansion plans across the business.

Formación

• Must have proven retail management experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and coaching leadership style to develop staff.
• Experience in change management and driving store performance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example and inspire retail colleagues to maximise sales and deliver customer service.
• Drive sales, improve store performance and meet KPIs.
• Coach and develop staff, ensuring training to high standards.
• Implement corrective actions when necessary.
