You will manage operations, scheduling, HR duties, and loss prevention while upholding health and safety standards and ensuring excellent product knowledge and service. A passion for retail and growth is essential.

Qualifications

• Team leadership and people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive and motivate the team to achieve store targets.
• Lead on floor and back-of-house operations.
• Oversee policies, visual merchandising, stock control, and loss prevention.
• Manage HR tasks: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance reviews.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and escalate as needed.
