Please read the attached full job description What You'll Do: Lead the day-to-day operation of our busy retail offer, ensuring a safe, efficient and customer-focused service.
Inspire, coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, product placement and commercial initiatives.
Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to maximise revenue and profitability.
Manage stock control processes, minimise waste and maintain excellent product availability.
Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, compliance and Health & Safety are consistently achieved.
Build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and customers across the hospital community.
Support innovation, continuous improvement and the development of new retail offers that enhance the customer experience.
What You Bring: Previous experience managing a busy retail, hospitality or food service operation.
Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
A strong commercial mindset with experience delivering sales and operational targets.
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing stock, controlling costs and reducing waste.
Confident communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.
Knowledge of food safety, HACCP and Health & Safety standards, or a willingness to develop this expertise.
