Mencap’s Shepperton shop is seeking a Retail Shop Manager to lead the day-to-day running, maximise donations and provide outstanding customer service. You will oversee a team of volunteers, drive Gift Aid sign-ups, and ensure accurate handling of finances in a welcoming environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as either a Retail Shop Manager orAssistant Manager, or a Supervisor looking to step up, ideally in retail or charity shops.
• A track record of working in afast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• The ability to motivate and manage a team with positivity and enthusiasm.
• Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as part of a rota.
• A genuine passion for Mencap’s mission and values.
