The Person

You'll have access to and direct communication with the buying department and be able to use the sales data you have to offer your input into range selection. You merchandise your store and shape the service and standards through your team. You'll have support and plenty of training, but none of that will get in the way. This role involves making many decisions, so it's important you can read and understand commercial information and communicate it effectively to your team.
